Changemakers Series: Finding Balance in the Many Hats We Wear

Balancing work, school, and family life can often feel overwhelming but it’s also possible to thrive with the right mindset and strategies. In this session, I will share my experience as a full-time employee, graduate student, and mother of three, offering practical insights on how to manage multiple roles while keeping stress low. Together, we will explore time management tools, stress-reduction techniques, and ways to build supportive systems at home, work, and school.
