Changemakers Series - Liberatory Design : The What and Why of Centering Humans in All We Do

Liberatory Design is human-centered work.  Through it, we challenge and transform inequitable systems to elevate the experiences of each individual and group–especially those who have been historically underrepresented and marginalized.  Join us to learn more about this iteration of Design Thinking, co-developed by leaders at Stanford’s d.school and the National Equity Project.  We’ll focus on the principles of Liberatory Design, the modes and mindsets that support innovation in this space, and practice so we can apply new approaches to centering humans and solving complex challenges in our own contexts.
