    Changemakers Series - Building Psychological Safety for Women of Color at Work

    A psychologically safe work culture has many benefits in the workplace. Employees feel safe to speak up, take risks, and embrace creativity and innovation. Additional considerations must be evaluated to ensure women of color feel psychologically safe in the workplace. Together we will define psychological safety, explore the impacts of a psychologically unsafe workplace on women of color, and move toward strategies of building psychological safety for women of color in the workplace.
