Victoria Lenderman is a Quality Engineering Manager at Cepheid with dual B.S. degrees in Bioengineering and Mathematics from the University of the Pacific and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering Science from Cal State Fullerton. Her Pacific co-op led to early engineering work at Toyota, where she gained exposure to Lean systems and data-driven problem solving. She has since led global teams and multimillion-dollar projects in medical devices and diagnostics and is passionate about helping students understand how early industry experience shapes real-world engineering careers.
